My mother hates this photo so I was having second thoughts as to if I should put it up or not but to me it's one of those perfect shots so here it is.

apologies for my extended absence, however I come baring wonderful news, with a new desktop computer set up and a digital camera (oh god the credit cards maxed out now) there shall be more photo's and maybe this year I'll be able to do a photo a day (don't hold me to that this years looking to be a shocker)

Also on the polaroid front I've got 55 of them up on my wall now, I know I promised to take them down and scan them but until there is a good reason (other than sharing the love) they will stay up there and the collection will continue to grow. The main reason I don't want to take them all down is because I have a special order for them all and taking them all down would mess with that and well I am ocd so yeah, enough said.

After all of that yabbering I thought I would be nice and give you some photo's, there will be a set up each day or so for the next few weeks, they are all raw however because I lost all of my files from my old computer including photoshop which crashed on new years, so sadly, it's alll gone.

There's a new instilation in my home town, looks just like the london eye, it's strange, not entirely able to fit into the landscape, I suppose in twenty years time no one will know any better, I will though. I know I will.

Anyway I realise that to most people this photo won't seem that WOW the lighting is cool but thats about it, so I'll explain this a little more.

This photo for me is a perfect shot of the memory of the warmth and security I felt when I was a little kid falling asleep to he sound of the dryer, it was weird but if he dryer was on I could always sleep knowing that there would be someone in the house all the time, that no one would leave me. I have no idea why the dryer had that effect, but w/e the fact is that it did and so yeah, here's a nice slice of good ol kiddie nostalgia for you, enjoy.

Meant for full veiw, the colours in this piece alone help to remind me of why I love capturing the world around me so much, another shot of my favourite new hide out. It's funny when I look at this piece I actualy see a girls legs, awkward and stocking clad, someone a lot like alice from alice in wonderland, however withouth the luck of having a fantastic tale written about her,instead she is forced to live with little more than her own awkwardness, she's lovely and would talk to birds a lot and always have her skirts twisted. I doubt she could make daisy chains either.

old drain down the end of a street near my house, it's defiantly my new favourite place to go. Cars drive over the other end of the pipes that lead there and a thundering sound echoes out, I allow myself to sit, my legs hanging down through the bars into thin air, my eyes closed, imagining terrifying things, awful men created so that super hero's (namely batman these days) can stop them.
